Most organizations that adopt generative AI see an initial gain, then a plateau. What distinguishes those that continue to progress isn’t the tool itself, but rather the maturity of their teams in using it. Investing in people means investing in the part of your strategic transformation that truly makes a difference.
Our approach develops both the “know-how” and the “soft skills” associated with AI: how to effectively use AI tools while cultivating critical thinking and best practices.
With the exception of the training specifically for the Claude suite, all our courses are technology-agnostic. They enable your teams to develop their skills, regardless of the AI tools they use.
Our training programs offer a comprehensive, four-stage journey, from awareness to advanced mastery. Each level is tailored to a specific audience and focuses on your real-life cases rather than generic examples.
A common starting point for the entire organization: understanding what generative AI really is, seeing real tools in demonstration, and grasping the ethical and compliance issues that accompany it.
A customized learning path for knowledge workers, structured into essential modules (AI fundamentals, AI-assisted research, analysis, and writing). The goal isn’t to turn your employees into technical experts, but to empower them to decide for themselves when AI is the right tool and when it isn’t. Our clients typically reclaim 3 to 6 hours per week, per person, which they can then dedicate to what truly matters.
This training is for teams that have already adopted Claude but are only using a fraction of it: delegating securely, producing, connecting sources and transforming best practices into shared assets.
Because while employees are often trained on the tool itself, managers are rarely trained to guide its use. This level of training makes the manager the architect of healthy adoption, capable of recognizing degenerative work and cognitive debt before they take hold.
Additional modules (problem-solving, visual creation, agents, and automation) allow you to delve deeper, depending on your profiles, typically IT teams, governance committees, and marketing and communications departments.
All our training courses are offered in French and English, in person or virtually, in groups of no more than 16 people to ensure the quality of the discussions.
Our conviction remains the same throughout the entire training program: we develop people who master AI, not the other way around.
